Happy Friday friends, clients and family! Amanda here! I hope you all are gearing up to have a grand time this weekend in the Flathead Valley. It's going to be gorgeous so get your playing clothes on. Also, because it is Friday, It's time for another round of "A Wheelie___fill in the blank___week!"
This week was fantastic! So many fun and great things to talk about! First of all I want to start this post off with a big Congrats to the Boss Lady, Lisa Slagle. Lisa just closed on her first home and is officially a homeowner. She claims she bought the house for Scout, true, but also it's something you earned Lisa! ;)
The house buying aside, let's chat about this week at the Wheelie HQ. With several project coals on the fire the week flew by in a total blur. We stared our week off by having a second meeting with our super fun client, Mollie Busby. Mollie is the owner of a new yoga studio here in Whitefish, with what I understand, a second location eventually stationed in Polebridge. The name of this fun business? Well, Yoga Hive Montana, of course, and branding this project has been an absolute blast. Mollie is one of our many clients with an exciting, unique startup company, and she opted for our small business package. We love working with enthusiastic people like the Busby's.

Another super exciting topic here at Wheelie this week our soon-to-be public podcast, lovingly titled "Outside by Design." Lisa and I are so excited about this podcast, and preparations have been in full swing this week as we create a test podcast and get acclimated to talking through our headphones to our guests. As you can see the preparations have been going quite smoothly. Needless to say, there have been a few laughs while we work on this, but we are stoked for the release of the first podcast. We hope to bring smiles and adventure stories, as well as design information to all of our clients and fans.
With Mollie's ideas in mind and a piece of paper and pencil I began sketching out different hives. I wanted to show the elements of a true hive, shape, honey comb, and bee elements, along with Yoga Hive's idea to have the mountains and valley incorporated as well. It was important to Mollie to have the Bumble Bee be part of the process as the bee is crucial to Yoga Hive's mission statement. Check out Yoga Hive Montana's website at http://www.yogahivemontana.com to read all about it. In the end, this is what we came up with, and we cannot wait to see how Yoga Hive Montana grows.
In other Wheelie news, we are very proud of our client, The Montana Scene, for all their hard work! This week we've been throwing together social media posts, event posters, and future summer sales ads for this fun, little shop, and on June 26th, the Montana Scene will be throwing a big Re-Brand party to celebrate their accomplishments this year in Bigfork at their location on Electric Avenue! So hop down to Electric Avenue (see what I did there? you're probably singing the song in your head) so you can party your faces off with Melissa and the Montana Scene crew. Halladay Quist will be performing from 5:30 to 8:30 and the doors will open at 5:00 PM. Come on down and support The Montana Scene!
As this week comes to a close here at Wheelie headquarters, I'm catching up on everything before I take off on an epic Mother/Daughter adventure with my Mom this next week. This trip has been a long time in the making and it's finally here. Check back in two weeks for another post about A Wheelie___fill in the blank___week with Amanda Guy.
Have a great, fun-filled weekend folks!
