It's the beginning of the year, so I have been receiving a lot of logo projects. Luckily, I love creating logos over here at Wheelie Creative Design! I have a pretty dialed 3 round Logo Process. For all you potential clients out there, here is some information on the design process: Initial MeetingTo kick off the Logo Process, you call me or come sit on the couch in my office and talk about your business. I do a lot of listening, take notes, and will ask you some questions about your business. These are my favorite meetings because they are informative, personal, and fun. I will even make you a cup of coffee if you want. You talk about your business, I listen, and we create a vision. You sign a work agreement with me, put down a deposit, and then I start working. Round One: 5 ideasFor the first round, I give you 5 concepts-- these are loose sketches, ideas, and very different from one another. These are focused on concept more than artistry. You pick three concepts. You can say things like, "I like the drawing from this one and the banner from this one, etc." Round Two: 3 ideasI develop three of these concepts, manipulate them in a computer program, and work on making them look quite professional. You pick your favorite one. We're getting so close I can feel it. Round Three: 1 ideaI design this concept to completion. We really dial it in and make it perfect. You get two free changes that are minor like small tweaks to the artwork or color changes. Yes! You have a new logo! You receive your logo in every file format you'll ever need.
Then we high five.
